BanaUygunİş is an AI-powered job matching tool, not a job board. We analyze your uploaded CV and match it against publicly available job listings to surface the most relevant opportunities. We do not post jobs, employ recruiters, or guarantee any employment outcome.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your CV. You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or interact with the service.
Your uploaded CV is processed by Google Gemini AI for structured data extraction. The raw PDF is transmitted securely over HTTPS and is not stored by us after processing. The extracted career profile — including skills, experience, education, and seniority level — is retained in our Supabase database (EU region, Frankfurt) and is used solely for job matching purposes.
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data from the platform. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the matching system, or impersonate another user or entity. Any such activity may result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page, which will immediately and permanently remove all your data.
Job listings displayed on BanaUygunİş are sourced from third-party websites. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any listing. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of any employer, and we provide no guarantee of employment outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

BanaUygunİş'e erişerek veya hizmeti kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen hizmeti kullanmayın. Koşulların değiştirilmesinin ardından platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
BanaUygunİş, yapay zeka destekli bir iş eşleştirme aracıdır; bir iş ilanı platformu değildir. Yüklediğiniz CV'yi analiz ederek kamuya açık iş ilanlarıyla eşleştirir ve size en uygun fırsatları sunar. Platform, iş ilanı yayınlamaz, işe alım uzmanı çalıştırmaz ve herhangi bir istihdam sonucunu garanti etmez.
CV'nizde doğru ve gerçeğe uygun bilgiler sağlamayı kabul edersiniz. Hizmeti yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu koşullar çerçevesinde kullanabilirsiniz. Hizmete erişmek veya etkileşimde bulunmak için otomatik araçlar, komut dosyaları veya botlar kullanmanız yasaktır.
Yüklediğiniz CV, yapılandırılmış veri çıkarmak için Google Gemini yapay zeka servisi tarafından işlenir. Ham PDF, HTTPS üzerinden güvenli şekilde iletilir ve işlem sonrasında tarafımızca saklanmaz. Çıkarılan kariyer profili — beceriler, deneyim, eğitim ve kıdem seviyesi dahil — yalnızca iş eşleştirme amacıyla Supabase veritabanımızda (AB bölgesi, Frankfurt) muhafaza edilir.
Platformdan veri toplamak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya başka yollarla veri çıkarmak yasaktır. Hız limitlerini aşmaya, eşleştirme sistemini kötüye kullanmaya ya da başka bir kullanıcı veya kuruluşun kimliğine bürünmeye teşebbüs edemezsiniz. Bu tür faaliyetler hesabınızın derhal kapatılmasıyla sonuçlanabilir.
Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları önceden bildirim yapmaksızın askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar sayfasından silebilirsiniz; bu işlem tüm verilerinizi anında ve kalıcı olarak kaldırır.
BanaUygunİş'te gösterilen iş ilanları üçüncü taraf web sitelerinden elde edilmektedir. Herhangi bir ilanın doğruluğunu, erişilebilirliğini veya eksiksizliğini garanti etmiyoruz. İşverenlerin işe alım kararlarından sorumlu değiliz ve herhangi bir istihdam sonucunu güvence altına almıyoruz. Hizmet, herhangi bir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.
Bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliğin ardından platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Önemli değişiklikler için size en az 7 gün önceden e-posta ile bildirim göndeririz.
Bu koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu koşullardan veya hizmetle ilgili her türlü anlaşmazlıkta İstanbul mahkemeleri münhasır yetki alanına sahiptir.
